I’m Michael McLean, currently working as a Technical Manager at National IT Services Zimbabwe. Over the past seven years, I’ve had the opportunity to work with a great team of engineers, supporting networks and security

systems for different organizations across Zimbabwe.

Most of my work has involved helping companies set up and manage their IT infrastructure — things like firewalls, VPNs, and secure networks. I’ve also been part of projects that rolled out VoIP systems, biometric access control, CCTV, and video conferencing solutions.

Along the way, I’ve worked with technologies from FortiGate, Sophos, Cisco, Yeastar, FreePBX, and 3CX, gaining hands-on experience and learning a lot from each project.
